Soooo about that whole I’m not going to post autumn things till it’s actually autumn...It might not officially be fall but it’s definitely fall. Leaves are changing color and falling off the trees, rain and clouds have returned to Seattle, cooler weather is upon us, and the BUGS are gone!
I present to you, autumn! Therefore, it’s time for some no knead cranberry nut bread.
I am really going to to try and not start up with the pumpkin until the official fall date 😝 but I can’t promise anything. I’ve had a chocolate chunk pumpkin bread recipe on tap for about a month now but I shall resist! In the mean time, let’s try some no knead cranberry nut bread.
My foolproof no knead artisan bread is one of my all time favorite recipes. You can get that delicious, airy bakery style bread with none of the effort and for WAY cheaper (win!). So far I’ve also done a no knead everything bread and decided it was definitely time for an autumn version. Enter walnuts, pecans, and cranberries.
I got this no knead cranberry nut bread going the night before I made some slow cooker chicken mushroom wild rice soup and omg it’s heaven. Let it rise over night and then bake for 45 minutes. Aaaand done. Perfect for dunking in a bowl of warm, cozy soup right??
Pretty sure I’m going to be making this ALL season long. And why not?? Autumn is the best after all 😜. No knead cranberry nut bread here I come!Print
