Happy March!!! Since it's basically been a year of quarantine (a YEAR 🤯), I figured we should celebrate. Since it's March...time for all things Irish! 2021's St. Patrick's Day themed cocktail: the cucumber basil gin smash.
No green beer here! Just refreshingly light ingredients that when muddled together give you an Irish holiday style hue. If you want to be super festive, snag a bottle of your favorite Irish gin!
I know I tend to be partial to Jameson whiskey or a pint of Guiness Stout this time of year, but I thought it might time to try something a little different. Plus, I seem to use those more in cooking than I do for cocktails!
