Officially back at work 👋🏻 . First up, crispy buffalo chicken wings with directions for both a simple oven baked method and the FABULOUS air fryer method!
Can you tell I'm obsessed with the air fryer? It's amazing. It cooks these wings in half the time it takes to make them in the oven and with perfectly crispy, golden brown skin. Like they're fried in oil but without all the calories!
Ultimate game day WIIIIIIN!!!!
With NFL playoffs going on and the super bowl on the horizon, these crispy buffalo chicken wings are perfect for any Sunday football get together. Or honestly any day of the week for that matter. If you go the air fryer route they take barely 30 minutes to cook. It's truly miraculous.
Oh and by the by, these little morsels got the seal of approval from the wing king, Dan himself. His plate was licked clean.
Moment of pride for me 😎.
No Superbowl party is complete without crispy buffalo chicken wings so make sure to catch the recipe below 🏈!

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 cup hot sauce (I used Frank’s Red Hot)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- Fresh parsley and chives, roughly chopped for garnish

Instructions
Air Fryer Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375˚F. Grease the air fryer basket with no stick spray and prepare a rimmed baking sheet with foil to catch drippings (less mess!).

- Place basket and prepared tray in air fryer. Bake chicken wings for 25 minutes, flipping over halfway through. Turn the air fryer up to 425˚F. Cook another 6-8 minutes until browned and crispy. Remove from heat.
- While chicken is baking, whisk together hot sauce and melted butter in a large bowl.
- Toss the cooked chicken wings together in a bowl with the sauce until completely coated.
- Plate wings and drizzle with more hot sauce as desired for heat. Garnish with parsley and chives and serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks, blue cheese dressing, and plenty of napkins!
