It's hot. So I made fruit salad...with chunks of mozzarella...and a few tomatoes. Plus some basil. Maybe a little balsamic glaze...Ok fine I made cantaloupe caprese salad for dinner, few slices of salami on the side, and called it a day 😂.
It takes 10 minutes (if that), to prep with no cooking involved! No oven, no stove top, not even a microwave.
This cantaloupe caprese salad is also the perfect side dish to any summer picnic, bbq, alfresco dinner, you name it.
The Balsamic Glaze
Some people do get tripped up about that balsamic glaze but I'm going to be honest with you. I keep a delicious bottle of Delallo's Balsamic Glaze in my pantry at all times. NOT an ad, I just love it that much!
Now if you'd rather skip the glaze, absolutely feel free to just drizzle a little balsamic vinegar instead 👍🏻.
