Um. Its mid April...and rhubarb has yet to make it's first 2021 appearance on this blog?! I'm deeply disappointed...in myself. Welp, I shall remedy! Introducing the strawberry rhubarb dutch baby with homemade lemon curd.

The Dutch baby is one of my hands down favorite breakfasts to make. Wanna know why?

Number one: it's pretty.
Number two: doesn't it look like it was hard to make?? It seems super impressive but in reality it's ridiculously easy to make. Which brings me to...

Number three: it's fool proof. You just need a blender and an oven safe skillet! Lemme break it down.
- Blend the batter ingredients until smooth. Pour into a hot oven safe skillet coated in melted butter.
- Bake until poofy and golden, about 20ish minutes.
- Sprinkle with toppings and serve pronto.
That's all there is to it!

Grab a blender and scroll down for the recipe ๐.
