Turkey BLT wraps! I used them for my lunch meal prep last Sunday and WON this week.
It’s honestly not my favorite thing prepping on Sunday. I’m not the biggest fan but it makes the work week soooo much better so it’s totally worth it. You know, #livingyourbestlife and all.

UM ALSO THOUGH! I watched Marie Kondo on Netflix (yes just like the rest of the country apparently) and have been ripping through my house. I spent the entire weekend asking if this or that brought joy and truth time: most things did not. I even got Dan in on it. We cut our storage in the basement down by half!!!
I promise I’ll talk about these turkey BLT wraps but first, Marie Kondo. She’s what’s up friends. I even said “thank you, buh bye” to two entire tables, one of which I had been using for a desk and got myself a wall desk with drawers to save space.
Unfortunately, I had it delivered from Ikea and they sent the wrong thing. I had to drive all the way down there during the Seattle Squeeze (we only have one freeway right now it’s a nightmare) and it was INSANE! I told the return associate that helped me get my desk that I had never seen it this bad.
His reply? “...Marie Kondo did this”
🤣 🤣 dying. I kid you not.
Anyway, now all that’s left is the kitchen! It’s out of control so it’s the most daunting thing in my house but with Marie Kondo by my side I think I can handle it.

Now about those turkey BLT wraps. When I get to cleaning and organizing, I tend to do this thing where I forget to eat or just don’t want to take the time. If you know me personally, this is a massively bad decision. Not only do I get insanely hangry (all those memes that say “I’m sorry for what I said when I was hungry” are hands down my life) but I get really shaky, head achy, and even nauseous.
Like I said, it’s all bad.

So when I finally took a break on Sunday to grab a bite, I wanted something quick, easy, and can be eaten on the go. Turkey BLT wraps! Takes 5 minutes to make (if your bacon is already cooked, and I added some avocado, carrots, and cucumbers for texture and flavor.
Since they only take a a few minutes to make, I even whipped up enough for my lunch for the week! I haven’t had pack as much lunch the night before work and have been sailing out the door early in the mornings. Like I said, living my best life.
