5 minute meal prep recipe with extra veggies and avocado. Perfect for on the go! 


Units Scale
  • 1 spinach tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (I used whole grain and dijon)
  • 4 turkey slices
  • 2 cooked bacon slices
  • 4-6 avocado slices
  • 2-4 tomato slices
  • 4 thin cucumber slices
  • 1/8 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup shredded romaine lettuce


  1. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the spinach tortilla. Layer the rest of the ingredients on top of the tortilla in the following order: turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, cucumber, carrots, and finally romaine lettuce. 
  2. Wrap up, slice, and enjoy!
