It is randomly 80 degrees today in Seattle. WHAT is happening? Bright and sunny and hot. It's been warming up since Friday so I've basically had one of these smoothies every day for the past three days.ย 5 minute recipe? ????????????ย My favoriteย when it's above 80หFย and I can't breath because Ash and ย Trees are pollinating the up to the stratosphere. Ugh.
Anyway, I'm betting you'll love these too because they're also just so tasty! Light and fresh, these Green Superfood Coconut Smoothie even have ground flax seed in them for a natural protein boost. One sip and you can't even tell! It just tastes like a refreshing beverage served in an actual coconut on a beach....

Description
A refreshing and light 5 minute coconut and spinach smoothie with a flax seed boost. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan.
Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 large, ripe banana
- 2 cups chopped mango
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

- In a blender, blend spinach and coconut milk together on high until completely smooth.
- Add banana in chunks, mango and ground flax seed. Blend on high until completely smooth. Can chill overnight for next day enjoyment.
