A refreshing and light 5 minute coconut and spinach smoothie with a flax seed boost. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan.


Units Scale
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 large, ripe banana
  • 2 cups chopped mango
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds


  1. In a blender, blend spinach and coconut milk together on high until completely smooth.
  2. Add banana in chunks, mango and ground flax seed. Blend on high until completely smooth. Can chill overnight for next day enjoyment.
