Happy New Year friends! I hope you had a fabulous holiday. As fun as the break was, I'm super excited to get back to work. On that note, to start 2023 off strong I've made the decision to take a pause on fresh recipes for the month of January and work on "back end" of Aberdeen's Kitchen for a bit. I've also got a tad bit of frozen shoulder in my right (dominant) arm so I think my body agrees with a little physical break! I do have an appointment to be seen by a sports doctor this month to get it figured out but I've been dealing with some very decent arm pain since Thanksgiving 😵💫 and it's just not healing. We're talking a shoulder brace, compression sleeve, sling, lidocaine cream, and ALL the ibuprofen. Ergo, what better time to do some computer work?? In any case, I'll still be here, in the kitchen so to speak, cleaning up the site, doing some updating, etc. and having lots of sits with the Calypso of course 😻. So! Look forward to a fresh and tidy Aberdeen's Kitchen, and new recipes in February 👍🏻.
