Thanksgiving is tomorrow! Say cheers with my final turkey day 2020 recipe, the sparkling apple cider gin cocktail.
Super simple, super easy, and yet oh so festive. Four ingredients and you've got yourself a refreshing, light Thanksgiving dinner beverage!
Seriously though. Just 4 ingredients, nothing crazy. Ready for this?
- Gin
- Lemon juice
- Orange (or aromatic) bitters
- Sparkling apple cider (I used Martinelli's)
Shake up the gin, lemon juice, and orange bitters. Pour over ice and top with sparkling cider. That's it!
For a super festive soption, rim your glass with a little cinnamon sugar and garnish with a fresh apple slice and a sprig of thyme.
Also, I'm partial to gin but you can easily swap it out for your favorite spirit. Whiskey, rum, tequila, vodka, you name it.

Tried with Gin. Loved the Rim ☺️
I think I'd like to try again with a different spirit.
