It's lazy afternoons on the back porch time!! And you know what porch time needs? Peach strawberry white wine sangria!
Or it was porch time until Seattle flipped a 180 with cloudy skies and breezy, chilly days. Honestly, I'm not complaining. I don't mind a little chill in the air after a week and a half of straight sun and heat! And you know what? I'm going to enjoy a lazy afternoon on the back porch anyway. Maybe with a blanket though instead of sunglasses and sunscreen (I'll turn into a lobster in 20 minutes it's so ridiculous). But you can bet I'll still have a glass of peach strawberry white wine sangria no matter the weather!
Sangria is one of my favorite drinks, especially for entertaining. It's so fun, pretty, easy to make and you can change it around to match the season, or even the theme of a party. Although I have sangria recipes for pretty much any time of year, I realized I had never shared a white wine version! And what could be more perfect for summer than a peach strawberry white wine sangria??
Best part? Other than the taste because yummmm (my husband literally said "this is delightful" when he took a sip 😁), it's only 6 ingredients! 7 if you add the optional mint leaves but who's counting?
SO simple to make, quick, easy and wonderfully fresh, a batch of this sangria will go perfectly with those summertime BBQ's you've got planned! It's also on point for a quick happy hour spent out in the sun enjoying the last full rays of the day.
Speaking of which, time to hit up the back porch! It might be cloudy and breezy outside but a glass of peach strawberry white wine sangria makes it feel like summer no matter the weather 😎.
