🌿🫐 Embrace your inner mixologist and swap rum for gin to make a refreshing blueberry gin mojito! Enjoy this vibrant twist on the classic cocktail with juicy blueberries, floral gin, and of course, fresh mint.

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 to 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 to 6 large fresh mint elaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • Club soda*
  • Ice for serving

  1. Using a cocktail muddler, muddle together simple syrup, lime juice, fresh mint, and blueberries in a cocktail shaker. Pour in gin and muddle to combine.
  2. Strain the into a glass over ice with a few extra blueberries.
  3. Top with a splash of club soda, extra mint leaves, and a lime wedge. Enjoy!

I like to use the Lemon Lime Club Soda from Betty Buzz for a little extra lime flavor.

For even more purple color, use Empress Indigo Gin!
