Herbed Butter Garlic Bread - Drool worthy, ridiculously easy, absolutely delicious, garlic bread done in just 15 minutes (start to finish!).

Units Scale
  • 18 ounce loaf French or Italian bread, halved lengthwise (I used Como bread)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, roughly minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, roughly minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, roughly chopped
  • Pinch of coarse salt

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F. In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, garlic, herbs and salt until smooth.
  2. Spread the bread with the herbed butter mixture.
  3. Place both halves of garlic bread on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until bread is golden and butter is bubbling. For an extra crispy top, turn the oven on broil and bake another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and top with remaining parsley.
