Quick, easy, and delicious green sauce whipped up in a food processor in just 5 minutes. Perfect as a salad dressing, pasta sauce, snack dip, you name it! Dairy and gluten free.

- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (stems and leaves)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (stems and leaves)
- 1/2 cup fresh chives
- 1 large avocado, pitted
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk (I used toasted coconut almond milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Add any more salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to use.
