- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder (I use Medaglia D’Oro Instant Espresso Coffee)
- 8 dates, minced
- 2 large bananas
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- Honey as desired for sweetness
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix on high until completely blended. Taste and add honey as desired. Enjoy!
