- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease a 9X13 baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together butter, eggs, sugars, salt and vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
- Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips into the mixture until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes until middle is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
