Vegetarian Caesar Salad Dressing

Description

No anchovies here! Without sacrificing flavor, this 5 minute vegetarian caesar salad dressing recipe is simple, delicious, and most importantly, anchovy free.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons vegan Worcestershire sauce, such as Annie's Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Alternatively, whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. It won't be as smooth and you'll wind up with larger pieces of parmesan but it will still taste delicious!
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days. Shake/stir before using.
