Description

Say cheers to warm weather with this sparkling suze wildflower cocktail 🥂🌸! The perfect beverage for al fresco dining, this drink is a delightful blend of floral and citrus flavors with a gin base, some elderflower liqueur, a little pamplemousse, a splash of suze, and topped with a prosecco float.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 ounces gin (I used Aviation Gin)
  • 3/4 ounce Suze Aperitif
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur (I used St. Germain) or more as desired for sweetness
  • 1/2 ounce Giffard Pamplemousse*
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • Edible flowers, lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail shaker frosts over.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with a splash of prosecco. Add more elderflower liqueur for sweetness as desired.
  3. Garnish with edible flowers and lemon slices as desired. Enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have/can''t find Giffard pamplemousse, you can swap it with  Cointreau or Limoncello liqueur. It'll be a subtly different flavor but as long as it is a sweet citrus liqueur you'll be good to go!
