Description
A twist on the classic Moscow mule, substitute vodka with your favorite Irish whiskey for a festive St. Patrick's Day drink recipe!

- 2 ounces Irish Whiskey
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- Optional: Dash of angostura bitters (a couple drops will do)
- Lime slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Add fresh mint, lime juice, bitters (if using), and whiskey to a cocktail shaker. Using a cocktail muddler, "smoosh" the mint up really well and then muddle together before shaking.
- Shake mixture in the cocktail shaker and pour into a whiskey glass or a copper mug over ice.
- Top with ginger beer as (more as desired). Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint. Cheers!
