Description
5 minute creamy cheese dip with dill, parsley, and as much garlic as you want. Serve as a dip with chips, veggies, or as a spread on a sandwich, burger, you name it! (Vegetarian, gluten free).

- 4 ounces Chèvre goat cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh dill (leaves and steams)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (leaves and stems)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (more as desired)
- Coarse salt, ground black pepper to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse goat cheese, cream cheese, buttermilk, sour cream, dill, parsley and garlic powder together until smooth. Add water a tablespoon at a time as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Add salt, pepper, and any more garlic powder (1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon at a time) to taste. Keep chilled.
