5 minute creamy cheese dip with dill, parsley, and as much garlic as you want. Serve as a dip with chips, veggies, or as a spread on a sandwich, burger, you name it! (Vegetarian, gluten free).

Units Scale
  • 4 ounces Chèvre goat cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill (leaves and steams)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (leaves and stems)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (more as desired)
  • Coarse salt, ground black pepper to taste
  • Water as needed

  1. In a food processor, pulse goat cheese, cream cheese, buttermilk, sour cream, dill, parsley and garlic powder together until smooth. Add water a tablespoon at a time as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and any more garlic powder (1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon at a time) to taste. Keep chilled.
