Incredibly simple to make at home, this cold brew coffee is the perfect morning caffeine treat all summer long.
- 3/4 cup coffee beans, coarsely ground
- 3 cups water
- Favorite creamer
- In a large pitcher or bowl, stir together water and coffee grounds. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 12 hours, up to 24 hours.
- Remove the coffee from the fridge. Cover a strainer with cheese cloth and pour coffee through into another bowl or pitcher. Compost the cheese cloth and leftover grounds.
- Add creamer or ice as desired to cold brewed coffee. Serve chilled.
