Cold Brew Coffee

Incredibly simple to make at home, this cold brew coffee is the perfect morning caffeine treat all summer long.


  • 3/4 cup coffee beans, coarsely ground
  • 3 cups water
  • Favorite creamer


  1. In a large pitcher or bowl, stir together water and coffee grounds. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 12 hours, up to 24 hours.
  2. Remove the coffee from the fridge. Cover a strainer with cheese cloth and pour coffee through into another bowl or pitcher. Compost the cheese cloth and leftover grounds.
  3. Add creamer or ice as desired to cold brewed coffee. Serve chilled.
