A fun, festive drink for date night made with your favorite gin, sparkling rosé, and raspberry liqueur. Add a little bit of rose water for an extra special something. Great for Valentine's Day!

- 1 ounce gin (2 ounces if yoou prefer them strong!)
- 1 ounce raspberry liqueur
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water (optional)
- Sparkling rosé, chilled
- Fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Pour gin, raspberry liqueur, and rose water (if using) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass..
