- 8 ounces fresh blackberries
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- Chilled Prosecco or Champagne
- Sprig of thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Blend blackberries and sugar together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Strain puree through a strainer to remove any seeds/chunks.
- Pour puree about 1/4 of the way up champagne flutes. Fill the rest of the flutes with chilled Prosecco or your favorite Champagne. Garnish with a sprig of thyme. Serve immediately.
Notes
Blackberry and sugar makes about 1/2 cup of puree.
