- 2 ounces vodka*
- 1 ounce raspberry liqueur
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice*
- Optional: Rub the rim of a martini glass with a lemon wedge and coat with sugar. Place a couple raspberries in the bottom of the glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into glasses. Serve immediately.
I used regular Skyy vodka but if you want to turn this cocktail up a notch, the recipe originally uses vanilla vodka for extra flavor.
Freshly squeezed lemon juice makes all the difference!
