- 1/2 bottle Rosé, dry and more red in color
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 to 2 cups ice
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons simple syrup for sweetener, more or less as desired
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour into your favorite glass, garnish with a fresh strawberry, and enjoy!
Notes
To make simple syrup, bring ½ cup white sugar and ½ cup water to boil in a small sauce pan. Once sugar has dissolved, reduce heat to medium and cook about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is slightly thickened. Remove from heat and chill until completely cooled.
