- 2 lbs asparagus
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan, shredded
- 4 cloves garlic, shaved
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- Trim off the woody ends of the asparagus, usually about 1/2 inch.
- In a large bowl, toss asparagus in the olive oil, salt and pepper and transfer to a baking sheet. Top with shaved garlic and parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
